2. Consultation and Assessment Services
2.1 Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellations up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
- Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee
- No-shows will be charged the full consultation fee
- Emergency cancellations due to medical reasons will be handled on a case-by-case basis
2.2 Refund Policy for Services
- Consultation fees are non-refundable once the service has been provided
- If we are unable to provide the scheduled service due to our fault, a full refund will be issued
- Partial refunds may be provided for incomplete services at our discretion
3. Hearing Aid Products
3.1 Trial Period
- We offer a 30-day trial period for all hearing aids
- During the trial period, you may return the hearing aids for a full refund (minus any applicable fees)
- The hearing aids must be returned in their original condition and packaging
- All accessories and documentation must be included with the return
3.2 Return Conditions
- Hearing aids must be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Products must be in original, unused condition
- Custom-fitted hearing aids may have different return terms (see section 3.4)

- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- A restocking fee of 10% may apply for opened products
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
3.4 Custom-Fitted Hearing Aids
- Custom-fitted hearing aids have a 14-day return window
- A restocking fee of 25% applies to custom-fitted devices
- Custom earmolds are non-refundable once manufactured
- Returns must be initiated within the specified timeframe
4. Accessories and Supplies
4.1 Batteries and Small Accessories
- Unopened batteries and accessories may be returned within 30 days
- Opened batteries and personal care items are non-refundable
- Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded
4.2 Cleaning Supplies and Maintenance Kits
- Unopened cleaning supplies may be returned within 30 days
- Opened cleaning supplies are non-refundable for hygiene reasons
- Defective cleaning tools will be replaced
5. Warranty and Repairs
5.1 Manufacturer Warranty
- All hearing aids come with manufacturer warranty
- Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and model
- Warranty repairs are handled through our service center
- Warranty does not cover damage from misuse or accidents
5.2 Extended Warranty
- Extended warranty purchases are non-refundable
- Warranty coverage begins from the date of purchase
- Transfer of warranty may be possible under certain conditions
